I've started the first cycle of one-to-one English lessons with Anne when I moved to London from abroad a few years ago. I was working for a research consultancy in the payments industry at that time and I wanted to improve my communication skills (as English is not my mother tongue). My company has been so pleased with the improvements I made, which in turn gave me the opportunity to take more lessons with her over the following years. Being on this journey with Anne has been a really pleasant experience: she tailored each lesson based on my needs and proposed a wide range of exercises to make me improve my listening, presentation, interviewing and writing skills without making it repetitive. She is really engaging and made every lesson different. Thanks to Anne I have improved massively over the years and gained the confidence I needed to perform better in my role and communicate in a business environment in a language that is not my native one; I still remember and use many tips that she gave me.
